Follow the prompt as indicated to sign-up. 2 Ensure that you have your Debt Counsellor’s DC code available.
Complete the registration form and enter your One Time Pin, which will be sent to 3 you via email and SMS, and click submit.

HOW TO GET A STATEMENT
Click on the accounts tab.
Click on the history icon
Select your date range.
Click download to retrieve your statement.
Should you wish to make a direct payment, please use the details provided at the bottom of the statement.
HOW TO UPLOAD A DOCUMENT
Use this function to upload important documents in order for our finance team to: – Process refunds – upload your ID (and spouse ID if married in community of property) and a bank statement no older than three months. – Confirmation of payment allocation – upload proof of payment.
Click the upload documents button.
Click the select files button and upload your document.
Click save and close.
HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR DOCUMENTS
Click on the work flow or attachments tab.
Click view to download or view your documents.
